What we collect

Contact and project details you submit via forms (name, email, company, phone, project brief, website URL for teardowns). Technical logs required to operate the site. Analytics only if you opt in (see Cookies).

Why we process it

To respond to enquiries, provide estimates and services, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. Lawful bases: contract / steps prior to contract, legitimate interests, and consent where required for analytics.

Sharing

We use processors such as email delivery (Resend), hosting (Vercel) and, if consented, Plausible Analytics. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active project or legal reason.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
