The brief
Book a ride, watch it arrive
Suda Taxis needed its own branded booking apps. Passengers wanted to request a ride, see the car on the map and get updates without calling; drivers needed one app to accept jobs, navigate and stay in sync with dispatch — all running on the existing sudataxis.co.uk backend.
What we shipped
- Two cross-platform Flutter apps for iOS and Android: Suda Taxis for passengers and Suda Taxis Driver
- Integration with the sudataxis.co.uk backend across 62 API endpoints
- Firebase realtime database for live ride and driver tracking, plus phone auth and push notifications
- Google Maps, Places and Routes alongside OpenStreetMap maps and routing
- Stripe payments support, ride notifications, and ongoing maintenance including the Android 16 update
